1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Slide Panda, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Slide Panda.
2. Description of Service
Slide Panda is an AI-powered service that redesigns PowerPoint slides. You upload a .pptx file, optionally provide instructions, and receive a redesigned .pptx file. The service returns fully editable PowerPoint files. Results may vary based on the content and complexity of your original slide.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One account per person. You must provide a valid email address. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Free Credits and Subscriptions
New accounts receive 3 free slide redesign credits. After using your free credits, you may subscribe to a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. Each plan includes a set number of slide redesigns per billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, you will no longer be charged and your plan will revert to the free tier. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If a slide redesign fails permanently (after automatic retry), the credit will be refunded to your account.
6. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the slides you upload and the redesigned output. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We do not use your uploaded files to train AI models. Your files are stored securely and automatically deleted after 30 days.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload files containing malware or malicious code, use the service to generate content that violates any law, attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the service, share your account credentials with others, or use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended interface.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
Slide Panda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that redesigned slides will meet your specific expectations or requirements. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
